Fertility Treatment and CranioSacral
Therapy
---Fulfilling your dreams – Having a baby---
The CST –
Fertility / IVF treatment Program
We offer
Two Treatment Programs to fit into your current situation and needs
1. For
those Between rounds of Fertility (IVF) treatment or those who are not having
Medical Fertility treatment at present
In this case
we recommend receiving treatment once a week or every two weeks. This will
depend on your needs as a couple, the severity of the fertility issue that you
face and the ideal time within which you aim to have a child – the coming year,
year and a half two years (including full term pregnancy)
2. For
those who are about to start a new round of Fertility Treatment (IVF) or those
who have already started a round of treatment.
As each
round of treatment is planned a few months in advance we recommend the follow
plan in order to help you maximise the effectiveness that Craniosacral therapy
can offer your body.
Initially 2
treatments when you start to take the pill to regulate your period.
2 to 4
treatments in the month or 6 weeks before your eggs are removed.
On the day
of having the eggs removed to help your body recover from the procedure.
The day
before reinsertion of the eggs to help your body prepare itself for the
fertilised eggs.
2 to 4
treatments during the 2 week after the insertion procedure, this is
aimed at
helping you relax, maintain
balance in your body and improve
the chances of the
fertilised egg successfully growing.
During your
Pregnancy
We then
recommend for all pregnancy cases regular monthly or bimonthly treatments to
help your body adapt to the changes of pregnancy, to maintain optimal hormonal
balance, to increase blood flow to the womb and your growing baby, help reduce
your stress levels and cope with other aches and pains that are associated with
pregnancy, including backache, nausea and tiredness.
Preparing
for Birth
Finally
we
recommend that you have up to three treatments before the expected
birth date
to help you and your
baby through the last hurdles. Treatment before
birth can
help to reduce the pain of labour, improve and soften the
body to allow for an
easier birth for mother and baby.
